Team communication is key to our process. The members of each team post their progress on our secure web site for constructive evaluation. All details of a project are conveniently tracked using TaskBase™, our in-house project management tool. Any questions that arise are channeled to the appropriate team member or identified as an item that requires client direction. The client can easily monitor each team’s progress and respond to questions through accessing the project management tool.
Quality Process maintains a relatively flat structure, which allows for quick communication between team members and avoids the added cost of multiple management layers.
